Returns & Exchanges

At The DM Lair, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if an item doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all returned products are in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team via the online portal with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original boxes, ensuring all components and manuals are included, and clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package back to our central distribution warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
